Return & Refund

At The Lush Affair, every piece is crafted with love and care. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to make a change. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges or store credits are available.
  • Exchange Request: To initiate an exchange, please email us at contactus@thelushaffair.com within 24 working hours of delivery. Kindly include your Order ID and full contact details in the email.
  • Shipping the Exchange: Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the item back within 48 working hours with a valid tracking/AWB slip. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for return and re-delivery (to & fro) will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
  • Store Credit: After we receive and approve the exchanged item, a store credit will be issued for the product value (excluding shipping charges). Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing contactus@thelushaffair.com.

  • Please provide your Order ID and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost within 7–10 working days.

Customs & Duties

  • Any customs duties or taxes (international or Indian) incurred during return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
