Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

Inspection

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If Eligible for refund, refund will be credited in 10 days in original payment method.
